We offer 14 days of Return / Exchange of shipment after delivery of shipment.
Refund will be processed after we receive our product in original condition.

Even within the 14-day window, we allow exchanges only once. We kindly request that you choose your size or color thoughtfully during the initial exchange, as we do not offer a Return/Exchange policy for exchange orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For Prepaid Orders:
Orders amount will credited at their original Payment methods within 5–6 business days after return confirmation.
For COD (Cash On Delivery) Orders :
We offer two refund options for your convenience:

Credited to your Punekar Cotton Rewards account within 1–2 days after your return is confirmed.

Original Payment Mode:

Refund will be processed to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising the request.

A ₹99 standard processing fee will be deducted.

The refund amount will be credited within 5–6 business days after return confirmation.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statement because bank refunds will take 1-2 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
